01 HOW TO ORDER

Visit the Place Your Order page to view our food and drink options.

Once you're ready to order, download and complete an order form
Note: The order form is an Excel spreadsheet so may not function correctly on mobile/tablet. Download on a desktop for best experience.

Email your completed order form to order@thechillipot.co.uk. If you prefer to discuss your requirements call us on 07974 501564.

We will send you an order confirmation email within 24 hours.

02 WHEN TO ORDER

Orders must be sent to us 48 hours prior to the desired delivery time at the latest.

For urgent requests within 48 hours, please call us to discuss and we will try to accommodate with a suitable menu.

03 ALLERGENS

For an overview of allergens in our foods, please see our Allergen Chart.

We want everyone to enjoy our food so we will do whatever we can to cater for any special dietary requirements. 

Please give us a call to go through menu options.

04 PRESENTATION

The food will be packaged in platters and large serving bowls, wrapped and well presented for informal or formal occasions.

Within the order form you have the option to select disposable cutlery or china cutlery.

All cutlery orders (excluding the Samosa Bundle) are delivered with complimentary mints and lemon fresh hand towels.

05 DELIVERY

Deliveries will incur a charge according to distance.

The desired delivery time must be agreed when the order is placed and will be specified in the order confirmation email you will receive from us.

For any changes to the delivery time please call us immediately.

We will arrange to collect our equipment from you later that day or the following day. This can be agreed when the order is delivered.

06 PAYMENT

Once you have received an order confirmation email, an invoice will be raised and sent to you prior to delivery of the order. 

All invoices to be paid upon receipt of invoice.

Payment details are made available on the invoice.

07 CANCELLATION

You must give 24 hours notice for cancellations. 

Failure to provide notice 24 hours prior to the agreed delivery time will result in the full price of the order being charged.

08 COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding our food or service should be raised with us immediately and will be taken seriously. 

You should expect a response from us within 24 hours stating our actions.

Please provide the order recipient name, date, location and items involved with any complaint.

Please retain food or drink related to the complaint in a refrigerated environment for us to collect.
